If you select the natural gas fire pit option, it will be supplied with an Elementi conversion kit. This kit allows the fire pit to be converted from propane to natural gas (mains gas) and should be installed by a qualified gas engineer during connection to your mains supply.


The fire screen, metal lid, tank cover, and hose cover are optional accessories, sold separately and not included with the unit.

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty: Elementi Granville Concrete Outdoor Fire Table comes backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and long-lasting craftsmanship. Should a qualifying manufacturing defect arise during normal, everyday use, the manufacturer will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced, giving you confidence in your purchase for years to come. Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not extend to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance. Valid proof of purchase will be required when making a warranty claim. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. 02. IS IT ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Gas burns cleaner than wood, producing fewer emissions and no smoke.

03. ARE GAS FIREPITS SUITABLE FOR USE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

You should use it outside only. Gas firepits need ventilation, meaning they should not be used in any indoor or enclosed space. They are great for gardens, patios, and decking.

04. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW FIREPIT?

Simply keep it clean with a damp cloth when it's not in use and has cooled down. Always cover when not in use, check the gas connections regularly, and store it safely during bad weather or winter months.

05. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROPANE AND NATURAL GAS VERSIONS?

The propane version uses bottled gas (LPG) and is portable, while the natural gas version connects to your mains supply for a permanent setup. Please ensure a Gas Safe registered engineer does this for you.

07. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible.
