What We Can Match
We’re able to match a price when:
- It’s the same branded product — identical model, specification, size and colour.
- Both retailers have it in stock and ready to dispatch.
- The price is easy to verify, clearly shown on a UK website in GBP.
- The purchase conditions are the same, including delivery options and eligibility to buy.
- The competitor’s price is their standard listed price.
What We're Not Able To Match
We won’t be able to offer a match in the following situations:
- Prices that come from temporary reductions, sales, vouchers, discount codes, flash promotions or trade-only deals
- Exclusive prices such as staff, student or NHS discounts
- Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace)
- Prices offered in physical stores (we only compare with online retailers)
- Clear pricing errors or unusually low prices
- Items under £300 on our website
- Items that are refurbished, graded, ex-display or grey imports
- Any non-genuine branded stock or sold by an unauthorised dealer
- Where matching the reduction would result in a loss to us
How To Raise Your Price Match Request
If you’ve found a better listed price for the item you want to buy from us, please get in touch before placing your order — we won’t be able to amend or refund prices retrospectively. To help us verify the details quickly, please email us at hello@icecoldspice.com with the following details:
- The brand name, product, size and colour you are looking to purchase
- A link to the competitor’s product page
- Any extra details that help us verify the information
