Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to? Are there any restricted areas?

We dispatch directly via our supplier network to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). We cannot ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If your address is in a remote or restricted area, delivery may not be possible; we will notify you if this affects your order and will issue a full refund if this is the case.

 

 

How long will it take to receive my delivery after submitting my order?

You should receive your order within 4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

 

What delivery services do you offer?

We offer site-wide, free standard UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

 

 

How much is delivery?

How do I track my order?

You will receive an automated shipping conformation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

 

What if I want to modify my order?

To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the options outlined on our contact page. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.

 

Can I collect my order from the warehouse or from a shop location?

No, delivery is dispatched directly to the address you provide at checkout.

 

 

Will my order be split into multiple deliveries?

If you have ordered products from more than one brand, you will receive these deliveries separately, as they are dispatched directly from each supplier's warehouse facilities. If you have ordered products from one brand, you should receive these products altogether in one delivery.

 

 

Will the courier help me take the order into the room I need? 

The courier will provide a curbside delivery. This means you will need to  be prepared to take the product into the room you need. If you've ordered a large and/or heavy object, we advise this is a 2-person job and you arrange the support in advance.

 

 

Do you offer a removal service?

No, we don't offer this service. We recommend you contact a trusted local tradesperson for removals.

 

 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen in the mail?

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier in the first instance using the details enclosed within the shipping confirmation email.

 

 

What happens if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if you notice something that is not right. Please refer to our Returns Policy for the exact process.
