02. HOW HOT DO FONTANA FORNI PIZZA OVENS GET?

Certain wood-fired Fontana models (e.g., Mangiafuoco, Marinara, Margherita) are documented with a maximum temperature rating around 900°F (≈482 °C). Heat-up times to operational temperature are reported as approximately 20–30 min on some model.

03. HOW MANY PIZZAS CAN I COOK AT ONCE? 

Capacity varies by model based on the internal chamber dimensions. The Mangiafuoco model capacity is three 10″ pizzas or two 12″ pizzas at once. A larger Marinara wood-fired model can fit four 10″ pizzas or three 12″ pizzas simultaneously. Hybrid/gas models like the Firenze can handle three 10″ pizzas at once in a ~28″ × 24″ cooking area.

04. HOW DO I INSTALL THE PIZZA OVEN?

Fontana Forni ovens are supplied already assembled and ready to set up.

05. WILL THE PIZZA OVEN PRODUCE SMOKE?

Yes — wood-fired Fontana Forni pizza ovens will produce smoke while the fire is building up and during active wood burning, which is normal for any real wood-fired oven. Once the fire is fully established and the oven reaches high cooking temperatures, the smoke level typically reduces significantly as the wood burns cleanly and efficiently.

06. ARE SPARE PARTS AVAILABLE?

If you need a spare part we can support this. Common replacement parts include items like chimney sections, firebricks, cooking stones, door handles, and gas components (for hybrid/gas models). Availability can vary by region and model, so please check with our support team to confirm parts availability for the specific oven you’re interested in.
