The main purpose of the thermal cover is to create artificial thermal insulation above the water surface to prevent heat loss to the atmosphere. In addition, the thermal cover performs protective functions against precipitation, dirt and dust. The outer cover of the thermal cover is made of high-strength yacht leatherette. Strength is achieved by using sandwich panels made of extruded polystyrene foam covered with a protective PVC layer in the inner part.
