Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary. Please note that drivers are unable to bring items inside or into your garden as part of the free delivery service. However, we can arrange this for you at cost.
About Your Hot Tub As each hot tub is custom made to order, please allow 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch. We'll keep you updated with progress along the way so you always know where things stand. Each unit is fully assembled before leaving the workshop, ensuring it arrives ready to install with no on-site construction required.
Unloading & Positioning As our hot tubs are delivered fully assembled, they cannot be offloaded by hand — unloading and positioning are therefore not included in the standard delivery price.
We can arrange this on your behalf at an additional cost, managing the entire process from start to finish. The right approach will depend on your site layout and where the hot tub is to be installed. Where ground conditions and space allow, a forklift is often the simplest and most economical solution. If the sauna needs to be lifted over a wall or fence close to the road, a HIAB-equipped vehicle offers a neat and cost-effective alternative. For installations set further back from the road or with more restricted access, a mobile crane may be the most appropriate option.

Packaging & Protection We strongly recommend adding an OSB protective box to your order. Purpose-built to shield the exterior cladding, glazing, and finishes during transit, it significantly reduces the risk of cosmetic damage and ensures your sauna arrives in the same condition it left the workshop. It's a small addition that offers real peace of mind and protects both your product and your investment.
Returns Policy Every hot tub we supply is custom made to order, built specifically to your chosen specification. As bespoke goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, and we are therefore unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your hot tub arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming, and our team is happy to answer any questions prior to purchase.
