Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. Change of mind returns You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return by emailing customercare@icecoldspice.com. To process your return, please provide together in one email your order number, whether the return is change of mind, faulty or damaged, clear photos showing the item’s condition and original packaging, and confirmation that the item has not been used or had installation attempted. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
