Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not extend to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
