In the Box: 1 × Coppersmith Creations Basilius Cast Bronze Bathroom Sink with Matte Bronze Interior and Dark Antique Exterior.

Waste and Taps not included, sold separately.

Coppersmith Creations products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Their cast bronze sinks are made using traditional techniques and carefully selected materials.

This warranty applies to manufacturing or material defects under normal domestic use. Bronze is a living material and may naturally develop a patina over time, meaning colour variations and gradual darkening are normal characteristics and not considered defects. Minor variations in finish, shape or surface texture may also occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes such as patina development or surface marks, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, commercial use, unauthorised modifications, or the use of harsh or abrasive cleaning products. Any costs relating to installation, removal, or consequential damage are not covered.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with details of the issue. We will assist with assessing the claim and arranging repair or replacement where applicable.

Change of mind returns You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return by emailing customercare@icecoldspice.com. To process your return, please provide together in one email your order number, whether the return is change of mind, faulty or damaged, clear photos showing the item’s condition and original packaging, and confirmation that the item has not been used or had installation attempted. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returned items will be inspected and, where an item has been used, installed, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, resulting in a reduction in value or resaleability, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect that loss in value, up to the full purchase price. Any refund due will be issued within 14 days. Rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts may be treated as change-of-mind returns. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost.

Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described. Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. We recommend refusing the package if there are visible damages and making this reason clear to the driver. Contact us as soon as possible — and ideally within 48 hours — by emailing customercare@icecoldspice.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. All faulty items are assessed in conjunction with the manufacturer, whose findings will inform the resolution offered.
