This warranty applies to manufacturing or material defects under normal domestic use. Brass and decorative metallic finishes may naturally develop subtle changes in appearance over time, including variations in colour and surface tone, which are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, surface marks, damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, commercial use, unauthorised modifications, or the use of harsh or abrasive cleaning products. Any costs relating to installation, removal, or consequential damage are not covered.
