UK Delivery Once dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. As this is a heavy item, please have two people available on delivery day. We strongly recommend not booking installers or making any arrangements that depend on a specific delivery date until your order has arrived safely. Change of mind returns You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return by emailing customercare@icecoldspice.com. To process your return, please provide together in one email your order number, whether the return is change of mind, faulty or damaged, clear photos showing the item’s condition and original packaging, and confirmation that the item has not been used or had installation attempted. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returned items will be inspected and, where an item has been used, installed, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, resulting in a reduction in value or resaleability, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect that loss in value, up to the full purchase price. Any refund due will be issued within 14 days. Rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts may be treated as change-of-mind returns. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost.
Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described. All faulty items are assessed in conjunction with the manufacturer, whose findings will inform the resolution offered.
