Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. Which interior cladding & bench material should I choose?

All of our timber options are excellent for saunas. The right choice depends on the look, feel, durability, and budget you're after.

Scandinavian Spruce
The classic sauna timber. Light in colour with a natural knot pattern, it's durable, affordable, and creates a traditional Nordic sauna feel.

Thermo Pine
Heat-treated for enhanced stability and moisture resistance. It has a rich golden-brown colour and is an excellent choice for those wanting a warmer, more premium appearance.

Black Alder
A luxurious hardwood with a smooth finish and very few knots. It stays comfortable to the touch, making it ideal for benches and creating an elegant, contemporary sauna.

Aspen
A light-coloured hardwood with a clean, knot-free appearance. It remains cool to the touch and is perfect if you prefer a bright, minimalist interior.

Thermo Aspen
Our premium timber option. Heat-treated for exceptional durability and stability, it features a beautiful deep caramel tone, minimal movement over time, and a refined, high-end finish.

How many people does the sauna fit?

This sauna can fit 2 people in the seated area, and of course, there's more room in the shower area!

Why are sauna cabins and sauna heaters sold separately?

Saunas and heaters are sold separately because no two sauna spaces or users are quite the same. Keeping them separate lets you choose the right heater size, output, and features for your specific room and how you like to sauna, rather than settling for a generic, bundled option. It also gives you flexibility in the future, whether you want to upgrade the heater or refine the experience without changing the whole sauna.
