Fitted with a turned stainless steel handle stamped with a small "B", the ash shovel shown here curves into a raised, angled scoop built specifically for clearing a grill rather than adapted from a garden tool. Its sides rise up on either edge, gathering spent coals and ash cleanly as it's drawn across the grill floor instead of letting them scatter or spill over the edges. The narrow, tapered mouth makes it easy to work into corners and along the base of the firebox, where loose ash tends to settle and build up between cooks. Hand made in a workshop in the Peaks, it's a straightforward tool finished without unnecessary detail, built for regular use rather than the occasional clean out.

Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. We recommend refusing the package if there are visible damages and making this reason clear to the driver. Contact us as soon as possible — and ideally within 48 hours — by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. All faulty items are assessed in conjunction with the manufacturer, whose findings will inform the resolution offered.
