Reina Touch Thermostatic Radiator Element combines sleek, low-profile styling with precise capacitive-touch control—dial temperatures from 5°C to 60°C and set up to three daily heating schedules at a tap. IPX5-rated for safe bathroom use and fitting most dry-element radiators via a simple cartridge swap, it features frost-protection and open-window detection to cut waste. Backed by a one-year warranty, and with a 2/4 hour boost function.

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: This product comes backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and long-lasting craftsmanship. Should a qualifying manufacturing defect arise during normal, everyday use, the manufacturer will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced, giving you confidence in your purchase for years to come. Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not extend to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance. Valid proof of purchase will be required when making a warranty claim. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UK Delivery Once dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. As this is a heavy item, please have two people available on delivery day. We strongly recommend not booking installers or making any arrangements that depend on a specific delivery date until your order has arrived safely. Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. We recommend refusing the package if there are visible damages and making this reason clear to the driver. Contact us as soon as possible — and ideally within 48 hours — by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. All faulty items are assessed in conjunction with the manufacturer, whose findings will inform the resolution offered.
