UK Delivery Once dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost.
