The HeatQube: Heater Only is a powerful wood-fuelled outdoor heater with a flat base, designed to sit securely on a patio slab, stone plinth, heat-resistant table, or built into your outdoor setup. Its spring-loaded glass door makes refuelling simple while keeping the fire safely contained. The unique coated finish protects against corrosion, ensuring long-term durability. A lateral air adjustment lever gives you easy control over heat output, while the two-part flue helps direct smoke away. An aluminium handle offers a cool, comfortable grip, and protective gloves are included for added safety.

3-Year Manufacturer Warranty The BBQube is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a qualifying fault arises, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What's covered: Manufacturing defects arising during normal outdoor use.

What's not covered: Cosmetic wear, misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, or damage resulting from failure to properly store or cover the unit during winter and periods of non-use. As an outdoor stove exposed to the elements, adequate weatherproofing and winter storage is the owner's responsibility — damage caused by moisture ingress, rust, or freeze-thaw cycles where the unit has not been appropriately covered or stored will not be covered under this warranty.

How to claim: Email us at hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll assess all claims in conjunction with the manufacturer, whose findings will inform the resolution offered.

UK Delivery Once dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. As this is a heavy item, please have two people available on delivery day. We strongly recommend not booking installers or making any arrangements that depend on a specific delivery date until your order has arrived safely. Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. We recommend refusing the package if there are visible damages and making this reason clear to the driver.
