02. HOW DOES THE HEAT FEEL FOR GUESTS, AND WILL IT WORK IN COOL OR BREEZY CONDITIONS?

The heat feels like gentle, natural warmth similar to standing in sunlight. Guests feel the warmth directly on their bodies and seating areas almost instantly. Because infrared heat warms people and surfaces rather than the air, it remains effective in cooler temperatures and breezy conditions where gas heaters often struggle. Heation heat bars provide targeted, directional heat rather than heating an entire terrace. Multiple units can be installed to create even, scalable heat coverage across larger hospitality spaces.

03. HOW IS HEAT CONTROLLED DURING SERVICE?

Many models include remote control with adjustable power levels, allowing staff to increase or reduce heat output during service to suit conditions and manage energy use. Some models are manual, so please check the specific user guide before purchase.

For outdoor installations, the heater must be protected from direct rain and installed in line with the model’s IP rating.
