Should a qualifying manufacturing defect arise during normal, everyday use, the manufacturer will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced, giving you confidence in your purchase for years to come. Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not extend to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance. Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver.
