If you select the natural gas fire pit option, it will be supplied with an Elementi conversion kit. This kit allows the fire pit to be converted from propane to natural gas (mains gas) and should be installed by a qualified gas engineer during connection to your mains supply.


The fire screen, tank cover, and hose cover are optional accessories, sold separately and not included with the unit.

03. ARE GAS FIREPITS SUITABLE FOR USE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

You should use it outside only. Gas firepits need ventilation, meaning they should not be used in any indoor or enclosed space. They are great for gardens, patios, and decking.

04. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW FIREPIT?

Simply keep it clean with a damp cloth when it's not in use and has cooled down. Always cover when not in use, check the gas connections regularly, and store it safely during bad weather or winter months.

05. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROPANE AND NATURAL GAS VERSIONS?

The propane version uses bottled gas (LPG) and is portable, while the natural gas version connects to your mains supply for a permanent setup. Please ensure a Gas Safe registered engineer does this for you.

07. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
