A freestanding outdoor cooking station of genuine breadth and ambition, the Cozze Smash & Sear Grill 900 combines an infrared grill capable of reaching 800°C with a smooth enamelled cast-iron plancha across a 90cm wide cooking surface, all mounted on a powder-coated steel trolley with locking castors, a lower storage shelf and integrated utensil hooks on both sides. Three burners delivering a total output of 7.5kW provide precise, independent heat management across both cooking zones, so steaks can be searing at full intensity whilst vegetables, seafood or breakfast ingredients are cooked with care on the plancha alongside, all under the hinged lid shown open here.
