Copper is a living material and will naturally develop a patina over time, meaning colour variations and gradual darkening are normal characteristics and not considered defects. Minor variations in finish or surface texture may also occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes such as patina development or surface marks, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, commercial use, unauthorised modifications, or the use of harsh or abrasive cleaning products. Any costs relating to installation, removal, or consequential damage are not covered.If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with details of the issue.
