Having the liquid added in a controlled setting, rather than on site, keeps the process clean and consistent, and takes one variable out of the installation day. It is intended to work alongside a separate electric heating element, which is chosen and purchased on its own to match the specific radiator or rail. Together, the two allow a single radiator to run from either the central heating system or the mains electricity supply, useful for warmer months when the heating is switched off. It is a small addition at the point of order, but one that saves an extra step, and an extra visit, once the radiator is in place. This service applies specifically to Carisa products where dual fuel is listed as an available option.

You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. We recommend refusing the package if there are visible damages and making this reason clear to the driver.
