UK Delivery Once dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. As this is a heavy item, please have two people available on delivery day. We strongly recommend not booking installers or making any arrangements that depend on a specific delivery date until your order has arrived safely. Estimated delivery date and any associated delivery costs for this product are indicated above the checkout button on this product page. Worry-Free delivery insurance At checkout you'll have the option to add our Worry-Free Delivery Insurance. This covers your order against transit damage, loss in transit, and theft on delivery. We'd strongly recommend it for peace of mind.
Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items Please inspect the packaging and item carefully on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for the goods with the driver. We recommend refusing the package if there are visible damages and making this reason clear to the driver. Contact us as soon as possible — and ideally within 48 hours — by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. All faulty items are assessed in conjunction with the manufacturer, whose findings will inform the resolution offered. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.
