UK Delivery Once dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property boundary — drivers are unable to bring items inside. Change of mind standard in-stock returns You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by emailing hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note rejected deliveries or failed delivery attempts are classed as change-of-mind. Return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Bespoke, made-to-order, and pre-order items These cannot be returned for any reason, unless faulty or not as described.
