Thank you for shopping at Ice Cold Spice! We want you to enjoy our premium spices as quickly and affordably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on our shipping area, processing times, free delivery service, and other important information.


1. Shipping Area

  • We ship to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: We will dispatch your order within 2 working days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Modifications: To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@icecoldspice.com or (0)2037401246. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.

3. Free Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Service: Standard delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Cost: Free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

All orders in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) ship completely free via our standard service.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • If your address is in a remote or restricted area, delivery may not be possible; we will notify you if this affects your order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Shipments: If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first and then email us at hello@icecoldspice.com with your order number. We will assist with filing a claim.

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. For any damaged items, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
